1. Each user will follow terms and conditions which is related to the company.
2. KYC is necessary.
3. The company will not be liable for defected items.
4. The company will not be liable for warranty, guarantee, insurance and maintenance of the purchased items.
5. The user should purchase household articles with use of her/his own Id otherwise the company will not be liable for commission.
6. At the time of purchasing only the user will responsible for quality and a number of items.
7. One ID for one user. when anyone has more than one ID, then last id will be functional.
8. Any one cannot be become a user of other company as same as this company.
9. If you want regular profit, you ought to purchase each and every month.
10. Your commission will be credit in your User App Wallet.
11. Your TDS will deduct on payment according to government’s rule.
12. Your KYC is necessary for Refral.
13. subject to Bihar sharif Dist. Nalanda jurisdiction only.
14.The company will not be liable when dispute occurs between user and shopkeeper.
15. Your Id will terminate when you violet the above mention terms and conditions.
Terms and Condition for Shopkeeper
1. Shopkeeper will use the platform of the company to increase the number of users.
2. The company will take 50% profit from the registered user.
3. First of all, the shopkeeper will add all items in the given format then sell them to the registered user.
4. The company has the right to approve a product before selling it to the user (approval will be according to the wholesaler bill).
5. The shopkeeper will be delivered only those items which one approved by the company.
6. Items will be changeable if any defect occurs.
7. The shopkeeper will give the information to the company about the change in the price list.
8. If any user became a shopkeeper, he will not close his shop permanently or vice versa.
9. Only those shopkeepers who will break contract any time did not become a user.
10. It is compulsory to purchase wallet from the company for sale or service.
11. You will supply the following document at the time of registration pan card, Aadhar card, Mobile no, Email id.
12. Any one cannot be become a user of other company as same as this company.
13. The company will not be responsible for any dispute between the shopkeeper and the user. In this regard, the company will break the contract with the shopkeeper and block the user id.
14. It’s compulsory to install a board in front of the shop which is related to the company.
15. Subject to Bihar sharif Dist. Nalanda jurisdiction only.

Refund-Cancellation for user
